Now, get this; according to Wiki pages and the American government, the District of Columbia is NOT part of any state - it is - like Vatican City - a completely self-contained independent entity, where, therefore, the laws of the United States do not officially apply.

On January 6th, 2021, Ashli Babbitt was fatally shot during the validation process of votes tendered in the 2020 Presidential election.

Votes from the American public DO NOT decide who will be President and who will be Vice-President. The 'Electoral College' decides who will be elected president and vice president of the United States - not the people.

In the year 2021, many millions of American citizens questioned the Electoral College's assertion that Joe Biden was the 'most voted for' and 'most popular' president in the history of the United States. Ashli Babbitt attended a rally to this effect on January 6th 2021 and was shot dead inside the United States Capitol building - which is a 'Public Building' funded by American tax-payers.
As a member of the public, Ashli Babbit was part of a gigantic crowd of American citizens who supported then U.S. President Donald Trump. and publicly questioned the Electoral College results of the 2020 election - claiming that mail-in ballots, electronic voting systems and other tactics had resulted in an erroneous election result.

The Capitol building is indeed open to the public six days a week, however on January 6th 2021, a vast crowd gathered and entered the Capitol building outside of the normal official tours and helped themselves to a 'free tour' even though Capitol Police resisted members of the public from entering the building...

Members of the public gasped at the Romanesque architecture, a huge mural called the 'APOTHEOSIS OF WASHINGTON' and various examples of MASONIC SYMBOLISM which greeted them...

During the scuffles and protests of the January 6th 2021 stand-off between members of the public and Washington DC Police, no members of the legislative Houses were injured nor killed - though Ashli Babbitt was shot dead in an attempt to block members of the public from entering the Capitol public building during the validation of the votes cast in the 2020 presidential election.

Why is the US Capitol not a capital?

The term 'Capital' can refer to uppercase letters, accumulated wealth, or the city that serves as the seat of a country's or state's government. A 'Capitol' is a building in which the legislative body of government meets.

In the United States, the 'Capitol' is a building in Washington in which the US Congress meets. The Capitol is fashioned after the Roman Empire - although widely referred to as the 'capital' it is not part of the 'federal' United States, and Washington DC citizens are often banned from taking part in federal elections!

The District of Columbia hosts all three branches of the U.S. federal government, Congress (legislative), the president (executive), and the Supreme Court (judicial), and the governmental buildings that house most of the federal government, including the White House, the Capitol, the Supreme Court Building, and multiple federal departments and agencies. Because they are located in the 'D.C.' area, they are not actually part of the United States.

People who live in Washington DC are not referred to as 'Americans'. Local residents are officially “Washingtonians”. In 1791, freemason GEORGE WASHINGTON employed French engineer Pierre Charles L'Enfant to plan the new city of 'Washington'.

There have been several unsuccessful efforts to make the District of Columbia into a true independent state since the 1880s - a statehood bill passed the House of Representatives in 2021 but was not adopted by the U.S. Senate - in fact the story and bill were 'buried' by the mainstream media because generally people do not realise that 'D.C.' is actually a 'micro state' - like Vatican City - and it has been architecturally fashioned after ancient Rome and a Roman necropolis.

Many of the famous monuments dedicated to Benjamin Franklin, Abraham Lincoln and other prominent politicians are actually architectural copies of royal tombs from Ancient Rome...!
