Many people say that the new WINDOWS is causing some incompatibility problems with some video streams and log-ins.

The most common symptom is that the video PLAY ARROW FAILS TO SHOW. It's a common problem caused by the disabling of HLS video on many android devices and browsers. Nothing to do with us!

If the PLAY ARROW refuses to appear then this is a sign that your BROWSER needs updating [or has been sneakily updated and possibly set to block non-Google video streams].

HOW TO FIX IT:
Ok - so here is the Quick Fixes in order of easyness [is that a word?]...
1. Avoid using Google Chrome
2. Avoid using Internet Explorer & FireFox
3. SWITCH to OPERA BROWSER or VIVALDI
4. You need a newer Mac OS than Mavericks [though some old SIERRA OS Macs may work]
