Almost instantly, I was attacked by multiple fake personas using this new thing called 'email'. Counter-articles claiming that the Bavarian Illuminati 'never existed' soon appeared...

Articles claiming the 'illuminati' never existed were published on early versions of Wiki pages!

My articles were re-published by astonished people who thought they were 'too clever' to be duped by a global network of Secret Societies...

Some blogs re-posted snippets of my essays and people commented that I would make a great 'fiction writer' - yes, they thought the 'Illuminati', the murder of a Vatican banker hanging under Blackfriars bridge, the Opus Dei intelligence cult and various Brotherhoods of Black Magic were all 'FICTIONAL'! Someone suggested that I submit my essays as a script for a JAMES BOND movie!

Well, more than 30 years later, we can all see that there really is a global network of Secret Societies - and we loosely call them the ILLUMINATI...
